We really appreciated the seamless transition between Martyn and yourself. I had been worried that we would have to spend time onboarding you with the logistics for each session, however you proved me wrong the first hour. If we ever need back-up support in the future, we hope that we are placed with you! You’re flexibility and ability to roll with us as our client made last minute changes to their slide deck, and platform were greatly appreciated. We also appreciated your willingness to dial out on your personal phone to ensure the event would be able to begin on time as our operator was having troubles dialing you out.
