I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for the service that has been provided to gtnews in running and managing our webcasts. In particular, we are dealing with a fairly difficult client at present and Stuart Perkins as our account manager has gone out of his way to offer solutions and help in this situation. In general, Stuart has been very helpful in handling the increasing number of webinars that we are running at gtnews.
An email of praise, but in this day and age there is too much complaining and not enough time spent saying ‘thank you’!
